What You'll Be Doing:
• Managing and nurturing an existing database of buyers and sellers
• Generating and converting listing opportunities
• Selling residential properties
• Conducting buyer appointments, inspections, and sales presentations
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Following up leads and maintaining an active sales pipeline
• Managing CRM activity and database engagement
• Working closely with internal sales and marketing teams
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Achieving individual sales targets and performance goals

What We're Looking For:
• Previous residential real estate sales experience
• Strong listing, selling, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proven ability to convert opportunities into results
• Highly organised with strong pipeline management skills
• Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
• Self-motivated, driven, and commercially minded
• Experience working with databases and lead management systems
• Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence preferred
