We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Professional to join our progressive and innovative team in Parramatta, NSW.

This role is primarily responsible for:  

• maximising sales by providing the customer with a complete solution 

• provide individualised customer service tailored to each individual customer needs

• provide excellent service to our customers to achieve customer loyalty and company growth

• managing the resourcing for the store to ensure Customers’ needs are being met 
  

To be successful in this role you will have:

• high empathetic and care nature for the diverse needs of our clients

• footwear experience is essential

• previous retail experience is preferred

• excellent communication skills

• strong problem-solving skills 

• an ability to stay calm under pressure

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar retail role

• able to travel between stores, when required 

• drivers’ licence is essential
