Wills & Estates Lawyer 2+ PAE

About the Role

Your role will see you working alongside a successful estates team and involve:

• Drafting Wills, EPA's and EPG's;

• Non-contentious probate/administration applications;

• Solemn form applications;

• Family Provision Act claims;

• SAT guardian and administration disputes;

• Administering deceased estates.
