The Role

You’ll be part of a professional installation team working across South-East & Inner Melbourne, delivering a variety of residential HVAC projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of multi-split, ducted, and VRF/VRV systems

• Occasional installation of gas ducted heating & evaporative cooling

• Service & repairs of gas ducted heating systems

• Installation of ventilation & exhaust systems

• Exposure to hydronic heating systems

• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and presentation

What We’re Looking For

• Trade qualified (Mechanical Plumber or Refrigeration Mechanic)

• Minimum 3+ years post-trade experience (or 4th year apprentice)

• Gas & water endorsements required

• Strong HVAC knowledge (highly regarded)

• Current driver’s licence with good record

• White Card + solid OH&S understanding

• Professional, reliable, and team-focused attitude

• Tech-savvy (experience with paperless systems is a bonus)

• Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
