Fibreglass Laborer

About the role

Repliglass is seeking a full-time Fibreglass AllRounder to join our team in Redbank Plains, Queensland. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for a variety of fibreglass manufacturing and assembly tasks within our production facility. With a focus on quality and efficiency, you will play a key part in the creation of our high-performance products.

What you'll be doing

• Cutting, shaping, and joining fibreglass components to fabricate a range of products

• Preparing and applying gel coats, resins, and other materials to create durable fibreglass parts

• Performing assembly and finishing tasks on fibreglass components

• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to ensure safety and productivity

• Collaborating with the production team to identify process improvements and resolve issues

What we're looking for

• Demonstrable experience in fibreglass manufacturing, assembly, or a related production role

• Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in the use of common hand and power tools

• Commitment to working safely and following established procedures

• Good communication and teamwork skills
