Experienced Construction Site Supervisor for Melbourne North and West

Enable Group, a recognized leader in the construction industry, is actively seeking a seasoned Construction Site Supervisor with a robust background in managing and overseeing multi-unit developments, knock-down rebuild projects and SDA Homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Site Management: Oversee all facets of construction sites, meticulously ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to project timelines. Managing schedule & co-ordinate the construction process from pre-site inspection through to completion & handover. Managing sub-contractors, suppliers and materials deliveries and ensuring that all works are in accordance with the construction drawings.

• Quality Assurance: Uphold our uncompromising standards for craftsmanship and quality across all projects.

• Adherence to Safety Protocols: Prioritize and enforce rigorous safety measures, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and ensuring a safe working environment on all sites following OH&S practices.

• Client Engagement: Cultivate positive client relationships through effective communication and transparent project updates.

Skills Required:

• Proven Expertise: Demonstrated track record in construction site supervision, specializing in multi-unit developments, knock-down rebuilds and SDA Homes.

• Problem Solving Acumen: Exhibit a keen ability to identify and address challenges, steering projects towards successful outcomes.

• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and stringent adherence to safety protocols.

• Communication: Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective team collaboration and client relations.

• A sound knowledge of the building industry in Victoria and minimum experience of 3 years as Site Supervisor

• High level of time management & organisation skills required for managing multiple sites.

• A current driver's licence & ability to undertake travel as required
