Ever Nimble is excited to present an opportunity for a People & Culture Coordinator to join the Business Support team in our West Perth office on a Part-Time basis. This opportunity is for a 6-month Fixed Term position and work hours will be 20-25 hours/week over a Monday - Friday period. About you:

• 2-4 years' experience in a Human Resources, People & Culture, Talent, Recruitment, or related coordination role;

• Experience using Employment Hero (highly desirable);

• Experience working in an IT or technology-based business (highly desirable);

• Demonstrated experience supporting the team member lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, probation reviews, and team member records management;

• Experience coordinating recruitment activities including job advertising, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and reference checks;

• Experience working with a range of stakeholders including team members, Managers, and external providers;

• Current understanding of Fair Work legislation and contemporary HR practices;

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  

About the role:

• You will support the entire team member lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, team member engagement, compliance administration, policy management, travel coordination and broader business support activities;

• You will act as a first point of contact for People & Culture matters while supporting leaders and team members across the organisation;

• You will be trusted to manage confidential team member information with the utmost integrity, ensuring personnel records and people documentation are maintained accurately, securely, and in compliance with relevant legislation. Your ability to exercise discretion, protect privacy, and handle sensitive matters professionally will be critical to success in this role;

• You will develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members and leaders across all levels of the organisation, supporting collaboration across our global offices in Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
