About the role

Ready to lead the delivery of Australia's next generation of rail infrastructure?

DT Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Rail Systems team based in our Sydney Head Office.

Supporting a strong pipeline of upcoming rail infrastructure projects across Australia, you'll take full accountability for the successful delivery of projects from planning through to completion. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships and oversee commercial, financial, safety and operational performance to ensure every project is delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and successful delivery of rail infrastructure projects from award through to completion
• Manage project budgets, programmes, commercial performance and risk to achieve project objectives
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders while maintaining exceptional service delivery
• Lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-performing project outcomes
• Ensure compliance with contractual, quality, safety and regulatory requirements across all project activities
• Drive continuous improvement, project reporting and strategic planning to support successful project delivery

Profile description:

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline
• Proven experience delivering major infrastructure or rail projects in a Project Manager role
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets, contracts and client relationships
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects safely, on time and within budget
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding project outcomes
