Our company is uniquely led by an elite group of dentists who form the Clinical Advisory Committee.About the Roster:Various shifts between operational hours of 6:00am to 5:00pm weekdaysPossibility of occasional State Public Holiday shifts (between 06:00am to 03:00pm)About the Role:Answering all inbound and outbound phone and email queries attending to them or redirecting them as appropriateLiaise with practices, external specialists/allied health providers, and other stakeholdersSystems used - D4W, SalesforceAbout You:Previous contact centre experience preferredHave clear and friendly telephone manner and voiceBe warm, caring, reliable, organised with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and take initiative within your role as well as provide support to colleaguesAble to solve problems and remain calm under pressureUnderstand the importance of sensitive and confidential information keepingHave exceptional attention to detail and written and verbal communication skillsBe proficient in using computers including Microsoft OfficeDental industry experience is preferred however training will be provided to the right candidate
