About The Role

Elizabeth Gardens is seeking dedicated Food Services Assistants who are committed to delivering excellent service and creating a positive dining experience for our residents. This handson role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in maintaining a welcoming, personcentred environment.

As part of our team, you will help ensure residents receive nutritious, wellpresented meals while contributing to a warm and comfortable dining atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Maintaining clean and inviting dining areasPreparing, plating, and serving meals in line with the Food Safety ProgramEnsuring meals meet individual dietary and specialised nutritional requirementsProviding friendly, professional service during meal times

What We’re Looking For

Experience in hospitality, food services, or aged care (preferred)Strong communication and teamwork abilitiesReliability, organisation, and a commitment to safe and hygienic practicesA genuine desire to support and engage with older people

Mandatory Requirements

Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening ClearanceProof of Covid19 vaccination (three doses) and annual Flu Vaccine encouragedFood Handling Certificate
