About the Role

We are looking for an emerging leader to step into the role of Assistant General Manager and partner with our General Manager to lead, inspire and support our dedicated care team.

Working alongside the General Manager, you'll play a key role in leading teams, driving engagement, improving operational performance and creating a positive experience for residents and their families.

• Support the leadership of a large multidisciplinary workforce
• Help drive a positive and high-performing culture
• Assist with workforce planning, recruitment and team development
• Monitor quality and compliance standards
• Support commercial performance and occupancy goals
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders

• Leadership experience in aged care, healthcare, hospitality or another service-focused environment
• Experience managing large teams and developing people
• Strong operational and problem-solving capability
• Exposure to budgets, workforce planning and performance metrics
• Confidence managing change and driving continuous improvement
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
