MC/HC Truck Drivers

Skippers Transport has been providing transport services in Perth since 1961.

As a long standing General Transport and Wharf cartage business located in Welshpool, the business is rapidly expanding and we require experienced HC/MC Drivers for several positions within the business:

Positions available for both General Freight/Intrastate Drivers AND Container Wharf Cartage/General Drivers

These are new positions as part of our growth.  All our people are multi-skilled, every day may be different, and we are looking for like-minded people to join our team.

About the Role:

Applicants are required to have a HC/MC Licence.  Within our General Freight division Intrastate country trips on offer along with local transport. Possible Container Sideloader experience required, with DG and current MSIC Card advantageous.  High levels of overtime are normally available and we are looking for people who enjoy early starts.

Requirements of the Role:

• A current valid HC/MC licence

• DG and MSIC advantageous

• Sideloader experience an asset

• Hold or be able to obtain a Drivers Medical

• Demonstrate a consistent work history

• Desire to work a reasonable amount of overtime

• Looking for stable long term employment

• Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test

• Police Clearance required
