Your New Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses to join our Complex Care Team, providing exceptional clinical care in the comfort of patients’ homes.  Work one on one with patients in their homes and deliver high quality hospital level care to clients across Sydney.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current AHPRA Registration (for ENs and RNs)
• Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support (for Carers)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• Current CPR Certificate
• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (travel around the Sydney metro region is part of the role)
• Right to work in Australia
• Availability to work a 24/7 flexible rotating roster
• Experience with tracheostomy management, PEG/Enteral feeding, bowel care, complex medication administration and manual handling.

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience in tracheostomy management and working with ventilated patients.
