Answering the phone
Being the office receptionist for Administration and the Sales Department
Communicating across all departments within the dealership
Meeting and greeting customers from time to time
Performing administration work on the following

• ERA Pentana dealership program
• Office app, Excel, Word power point
• Other software like Saleslog, Autogate
• Finalising Truck Sales Deals or packs
• Truck Stock and Movements
• Going to the local RMS to Register New Trucks
• Managing Petty Cash
• Managing the dealerships office Stationery needs
