tüsea is a Sydney-based swimwear and apparel label, launched March 2026.

About the role

You'll own content creation and social media execution end to end. From shoot to post to performance reporting. This is a hands-on role for someone who can shoot, edit, write copy in brand voice, and manage a posting calendar without heavy oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute content calendar across Instagram and TikTok

• Shoot and edit short-form video and stitched content (product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes)

• Write captions and ad copy in brand voice

• Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and DMs

• Support paid social asset production (Meta/TikTok ad specs: 9:16 vertical, sound-off-friendly, captioned)

• Coordinate with influencer/creator partners on content briefs and usage rights

• Track and report on content performance (reach, engagement, conversion from Shopify/Klaviyo data)

• Support product launch content (bump drops, EDMs, festival/event activations)

About you

• Proven portfolio of fashion/lifestyle content - swim, resort, or apparel category preferred

• Strong shooting and editing skills (iPhone/native + editing software)

• Understanding of Reels/TikTok mechanics and current platform trends

• Comfortable working with a small team and moving fast on a limited budget

• Based in or able to work from Sydney for regular shoots

• Basic Canva/graphic design skills for static ad assets

• Existing swim/fashion industry contacts
