Senior P&C Performance Partner

As our Senior P&C Performance Partner, you will lead strategic partnering across complex portfolios, support organisational initiatives and provide senior-level coaching, judgement and guidance.

You'll work closely with senior leaders and operational teams, helping them navigate employee relations, industrial relations, change, workforce planning and organisational design with confidence and care.

You are a calm, credible and experienced P&C leader who can step into a senior role with confidence, sound judgement and a strong understanding of complex people matters.

• Deep ER/IR experience and commercial judgement
• Strong stakeholder influence and coaching skills
• Confident leading change and ambiguity
• Balanced approach to risk, culture and outcomes
• Experience mentoring or leading P&C professionals
• Coach and mentor P&C Performance Partners through feedback, guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Help lift consistency, capability and confidence across the Performance Partnering team.
