This isn’t just a new venue - it’s the beginning of Yo-Chi in Tasmania! You’ll have the opportunity to help build the team, shape the culture and create the kind of venue that quickly becomes iconic in the Hobart community.

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of the action, leading your team on shift, keeping the energy high, and making sure every guest leaves with an experience worth coming back for. You’ll lead from the front, uplift your crew, and set the standard for the CHI, service and energy that makes Yo-Chi different.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced hospitality, retail or QSR leader who loves being on the floor, bringing out the best in their team and taking ownership of the shift. What we're looking for

• Natural leaders with experience in hospitality, retail or QSR environments.

• Availability across a flexible Monday to Sunday rotating roster.
