About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated ICT Services Manager - Regulatory Delivery to join the Digital Services team in the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).

As an ICT Services Manager - Regulatory Delivery, you will lead the ownership, governance and continuous improvement of the ACNC’s regulatory delivery platforms, including the Charity Register, Charity Portal and associated business systems. You’ll ensure the ACNC’s digital services support the effective delivery of regulatory functions through secure, reliable, and user focused solutions.

Your duties

• Lead system and service uplift to align with regulatory priorities and business needs.
• Drive digital solutions that improve services for charities, the public and the ACNC.
• Ensure service quality, usability, operational efficiency and public trust across regulatory platforms. 

Skills and experience

• Experience in Dynamics 365, Power Pages and/or GovCMS
• Experience translating regulatory needs into digital solutions
• Knowledge of regulatory platforms and service delivery
• Skills in vendor, stakeholder and delivery management
• Experience with Dynamics 365 will be highly regarded
