Service Support

Ready to take your mechanical career to the next level? We’re looking for a Service Support Technician to join our team, supporting a range of industrial and marine engine applications across Australia.

 This is a great opportunity for a qualified mechanic or technician who wants to move into a more technical problem-solving role while staying connected to the tools. You’ll work closely with our workshop, dealer network, and customers – helping diagnose issues, provide technical advice, and keep engines performing at their best.

 You’ll be based in Melbourne, with some local and interstate travel when required.

•  Provide technical support to internal teams, dealers and customers

• Diagnosing, testing, and programming electronic and common rail diesel engines

• Carry out warranty diagnosis and assisting with claim investigations

• Inspect engine installations to make sure they meet OEM standards

• Helping with technical training and project support when needed

 What We’re Looking For 

• Experience with common rail diesel engines

• Confident in fault finding, electronic diagnostics and reprogramming

• Background in warranty diagnosis and reporting

• Solid understanding of engine installation standards

• Proficient with Microsoft programs and basic reporting

• Customer-focused with good communication skills

• A self-starter who can plan and work well as part of a team

• Reliable, safety conscious, and takes pride in their work
