Outbound Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer focused professional to join our Perth team in Belmont and manage a portfolio of customers across Adelaide and Perth. You'll be responsible for growing sales across our extensive consumables portfolio while building trusted customer relationships, understanding each dental practice's unique needs, and delivering solutions that help their business thrive.

This role is about much more than making calls. You'll take ownership of an established customer portfolio, engaging regularly through phone and virtual conversations to strengthen partnerships, uncover opportunities, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Success in this role comes from your ability to build trust, influence outcomes, and translate customer insights into meaningful business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular phone/virtual based engagement
• Identify sales opportunities within your portfolio and generate new business growth
• Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs, challenges, and goals
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives
• Work collaboratively with Field Sales and Customer Care teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and customer opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM system
• Use customer and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Strong verbal communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to influence and engage customers through meaningful conversations
• Confidence conducting outbound sales activity and managing customer portfolios
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem solving and commercial thinking capability
• Ability to interpret customer and sales data to identify opportunities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills highly regarded
• Experience working with CRM systems is advantageous
