Short-term Property Manager | 1-2 Yrs Exp | Mandarin Preferred

We're looking for a motivated and organised Property Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, supporting landlords with tenancy-related matters, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties from end to end

• Handle landlord communications, lease renewals, and routine inspections

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with tradespeople

• Ensure compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislation

• Support onboarding of new properties into the portfolio

• Liaise with internal teams to maintain high service standards

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in residential or long-term property management

• Certificate of Registration (NSW) — required

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in property management software (experience with Guesty or similar is a plus)

• Mandarin language skills highly regarded (not essential)
