Casual Boutique Coffee Specialist – Chermside

Flexibility is key – this casual role requires of 24 and up to 38 hours per week, minimum of 2 - 3 days per week including both Saturday and Sunday shifts. Additional hours may be available based on business needs. 

What you’ll do:  

• Welcome customers and share your love of coffee.  

• Create meaningful connections by offering great service and product knowledge.

• Support your team to deliver memorable customer experiences.

• Confidently use POS systems and digital tools to provide seamless service for every customer.

• Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while ensuring the boutique always looks its best, with shelves stocked and safety standards upheld.

• Bring energy, curiosity, and passion into every shift.
