Warehouse Customer Service Officer

About the role

We are seeking a part-time Warehouse/Customer Service Officer to join our team at Searle Fasteners Pty Ltd in Canning Vale, WA.

What you'll be doing

• Warehouse duties including receiving of goods in and picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.

• Customer sales - including front counter and over the phone

• Handling customer enquiries and orders via phone, email, and in-person interactions

• Maintaining a high level of warehouse standards and accurate inventory records

• Assisting with other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or warehousing role

• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or warehousing experience required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service

• Proficient in using computer systems and software, including inventory management tools

• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

• A team player with a positive attitude and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 20kg

• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
