ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• A happy and fun personality and a good sense of humour!

• Passion for the construction industry

• Co-ordination of drawings and documents

• Liaising with consultants, architects, and engineers

• Ensuring adherence to OH&S and QA standards

Strong organizational skills and ability to priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong leadership skills

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills

• Uses initiative to achieve goals or results

• Consistently maintains a positive approach towards their work and environment

• Excellent communication skills - spoken and written

• Proven analytical ability

• Tertiary qualified in a relevant field

• Intermediate to advanced level experience with MS Excel or similar database preferred

• High levels of confidence

• A Permanent Australian resident

• The ability to build and maintain relationships
