As we continue to grow globally, we’re looking for a talented Studio Videographer to join our in-house creative team full-time in our Myaree studio and help bring our playful, purpose-led brands to life on screen.

About the Role

As a key member of our creative team, you’ll take ownership of video content that inspires, informs, and brings our products to life in a fun and engaging way.

From brainstorming concepts and storyboarding through to shooting, editing, and final delivery, you’ll create video assets that capture attention and connect with our growing global audience.

Working closely with our marketing, product, and creative teams in a busy studio environment, you’ll confidently direct talent, manage production details, and help turn great ideas into polished content.

What you’ll be bringing to life:

• Develop and produce engaging promotional video content, including lifestyle, face-to-camera, product features, stop motion, and other brand-led formats.

• Manage end-to-end video production, from concept development, storyboarding, and shoot planning through to editing, post-production, and final delivery.

• Direct studio and location-based shoots with both child and adult talent, ensuring engaging, on-brand outcomes across all content.

• Operate and manage in-studio production equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio, and teleprompters.

• Collaborate with creative, marketing, design, and product teams to align video content with brand objectives and support seamless shoot execution.

• Coordinate talent requirements as needed, including bookings, parent/guardian communication, database maintenance, and clear communication with studio creatives.

• Stay up to date with emerging video trends, formats, tools, and technologies, while building and maintaining a library of stock footage and B-roll.

About You

You're a creative storyteller with a strong visual eye and a hands-on approach, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in producing high-quality content.

Confident managing the full production process, you’re comfortable directing talent and always looking for ways to elevate and evolve your work.

In addition, you bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in videography, video production, or a similar role.

• A relevant qualification in media, film, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro) and basic motion graphics.

• Exceptional creativity, storytelling, and visual communication skills, including the ability to storyboard concepts for presentation to the wider design team.

• Proven ability to create engaging, high-quality video content, with stop motion experience highly regarded.

• Experience working with and directing talent, ideally including children.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

• A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing your work.

• A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
