Early Childhood Educator

We require a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team.

The role involves the active development, implementation and evaluation of a child-focused education and care curriculum, ensuring the curriculum is consistent with the service philosophy and the requirements of the National Quality Framework.

• Develop and implement a high-quality education and care curriculum for all enrolled children that is consistent with:

  • Service philosophy

  • Policies and procedures

  • National Quality Standards

  • Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

  • Education and Care Services National Regulations

  • Education and Care Services National Law

• Maintain appropriate documentation of children's learning in accordance with the National Quality Standards and centre requirements.

• Provide an aesthetically rich and welcoming environment through the planning, preparation and maintenance of learning materials and resources.

• Manage the safety and supervision of all children, in conjunction with other team members, across both indoor and outdoor learning environments.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with families, parents and carers.

• Develop collaborative working relationships with all staff within the service.

• Minimum Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching qualification (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) with relevant on-the-job experience.

• Current registration with the relevant state or territory Teacher Registration Board (NESA).

• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

• Current First Aid Certificate.

• Current Child Protection Certificate.

$75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
