Our production team is capable of catering to over 3000 covers per day in a variety of events with a variety of cuisines!

We are now looking for Commercial & Patry Commis Chefs to join our stellar Culinary Team!

The Role:

As a Commis Chef you will hold confidence and take ownership in being able to run the day-to-day operation of your allocated section. As directed, you will perform various duties which span from preparation, cooking, presentation and regulated cleanliness. All actions will be performed to the highest of standard and quality, with guest satisfaction driving your work ethic.

Our Ideal Candidate will be:

• Dedicated about creating memorable experiences through food and looking to develop career in the hospitality industry

• Ensure HACCP guidelines are strictly adhered to by following cleanliness and hygiene procedures

• An ability to thrive under pressure and work in a high paced environment.

• Confident in both communication and listening skills

• Able to work in a team, as well as independently

• Have a positive and can do attitude, with a strong work ethic

• Reliable and punctual

• This is a full-time opportunity, which requires full availability across a 7 day roster – only able to accept applicants with valid Australian working rights
