About the role

Knox Early Learning Centre is a brand new 100-place early learning service opening soon in Wantirna. Family owned and operated. We are looking for passionate, experienced, and driven educators who genuinely want to make a difference in the lives of children, families, and the wider community. As a brand new service, we are creating a team of exceptional educators who believe in high-quality practice, strong relationships, meaningful environments, and a culture of collaboration and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create positive outcomes for children

• Contribute to purposeful, thoughtful and engaging environments

• Demonstrate deep understanding of Compliance and Child Safety

• Demonstrate deep understanding of National Quality Standards

• Demonstrate deep understanding of Quality improvement Plan

• Demonstrate deep understanding of Planning cycle and meaningful documentation

• Work as a team player and value communication and collaboration

• Bring initiative, creativity and a genuine love for early childhood education

• Help build a strong culture from the ground up

About you

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Early Childhood Education setting

• An understanding of Compliance and Child Safety

• An understanding of National Quality Standards

• An understanding of Quality improvement Plan

• An understanding of Planning cycle and meaningful documentation

• Passionate about creating positive outcomes for children

• Team player who values communication and collaboration

• Bring initiative, creativity and a genuine love for early childhood education

• Willingness to plan and implement excursions/ incursions
