ANC is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Crane Truck Owner Drivers to partner with us on behalf of one of Australia's leading hardware retailers.

Using your own Crane Truck, you'll be responsible for delivering building, construction, landscaping, and hardware products directly to commercial sites and customers while representing both ANC and our client to the highest standard.

Vehicle & Licence Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

• A compliant Crane Truck suitable for multi-drop deliveries
• Current Australian Driver Licence suitable for the vehicle class
• Valid High Risk Work Licence (CV) for vehicle-mounted crane operations
• Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
• A registered Company ABN
• Public Liability Insurance
• Appropriate load restraint equipment and safety gear
• Strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility and transport safety requirements

About You

You are a safety-focused professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and operating specialised equipment efficiently and responsibly.

You will ideally possess:

• Previous experience operating a crane truck within transport, construction, hardware, or building materials industries
• Demonstrated experience with lifting and placing building products and oversized freight
• Strong awareness of site safety requirements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach

A Typical Day

As an ANC Crane Truck Delivery Professional, your day may include:

• Arriving onsite for an early morning start
• Safely loading and securing freight in accordance with ANC and client requirements
• Conducting pre-start vehicle and equipment inspections
• Completing scheduled deliveries to commercial, residential, and construction sites
• Operating a vehicle-mounted crane to safely unload products at customer locations
• Maintaining compliance with all safety and operational procedures
• Providing outstanding customer service while representing ANC and our client professionally
• Ensuring all delivery documentation and operational requirements are completed accurately

Availability Requirements

• Availability to operate up to six days per week
• Weekend availability may be required based on operational needs
• Flexibility to support peak delivery periods is highly regarded
