We are seeking a self-motivated, talented, and aspiring individual looking for a new challenge to join our welcoming and friendly team. If you have customer service/operations/logistics experience with a passion for ensuring customer needs are met, then this is the role for you!

What you will be doing:

• Customer service & enquiry management: deliver high-quality customer service through timely, accurate and professional support.
• Order processing, credits & backorder management: provide operational support to ensure smooth sales processes, accurate reporting and effective internal coordination.
• Inventory, logistics & shipping coordination: manage inventory, maintain accurate stock levels and move goods across domestic/international channels in a timely manner.
• Service coordination & loan equipment management: track service bookings, repairs and loan equipment, and support service agreement administration to ensure efficient service operations.
• Reporting, data & administrative report: prepare reports, export data, take meeting minutes and provide timely support across internal teams.

What we're looking for:

• Training/certification/qualification in logistics, customer experience, business admin or quality systems (desired).
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales support or operational coordination roles.
• Experience managing customer enquiries via phone and email with high accuracy and professionalism.
• Background in data reporting, exporting and CRM management (desired).
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise in fast-paced environments.
• Attention to detail.
