Palisades is seeking experienced ICT Architecture professionals to support the delivery of enterprise-scale technology initiatives within complex and mission-critical environments. We are building a panel of highly skilled architects who can provide Architecture as a Service (AaaS) across a broad range of ICT disciplines.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in government, emergency services, utilities, defence, or other large-scale enterprise environments where technology excellence, security, and governance are critical.

Key Responsibilities

You will provide specialist architecture expertise across:

• Enterprise architecture strategy and technology roadmaps

• Solution architecture design and assurance

• Cloud and hybrid infrastructure architecture

• Application modernisation and migration initiatives

• Data architecture, governance and integration

• Security architecture and cyber uplift programs

• Architecture governance and review boards

• Procurement and technical evaluation activities

• AI strategy, governance and implementation advisory

• Development of architecture documentation, standards and patterns

Typical deliverables may include:

• Enterprise Architecture documentation

• High Level Designs (HLDs)

• Low Level Designs (LLDs)

• Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)

• Technology Roadmaps

• Options and Business Case Papers

• Integration Designs

• Security Assessments

• Technical Risk Assessments

• Architecture Review Reports

About You

You will possess:

• Demonstrated experience delivering architecture services in large and complex ICT environments

• Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills

• Experience supporting digital transformation programs

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise integration and cyber security

• Ability to work independently or as part of multidisciplinary teams

• Excellent documentation and communication skills

Highly Regarded Certifications

• TOGAF

• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect

• AWS Solutions Architect

• CISSP

• SABSA

• ITIL Foundation

Desirable Experience

• NSW Government, Australian Government or public sector experience

• Emergency services, critical infrastructure or mission-critical operational environments

• Enterprise architecture governance and assurance frameworks

• AI governance and responsible AI implementation

• Cyber security frameworks including Essential Eight, NIST and ISO 27001
