Facility Manager - Residential Aged Care

Lead a high-performing aged care home

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our residential aged care facility.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong people leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care, building engaged teams, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead the overall operation of the facility

• Oversee clinical, quality, and compliance outcomes

• Manage budgets, occupancy, and financial performance

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams

• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders

Skills, Attributes, and Experience

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is desirable

• Previous Facility Manager or senior aged care leadership experience

• Strong understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards

• Experience managing teams, budgets, and operational performance

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Passionate about delivering person-centred care

Essential requirements:

• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Current unrestricted WA Driver's Licence
