We're currently recruiting passionate Early Childhood Educators for exciting opportunities across two of our Children's Centres.

Current Opportunities

📍 Sparkways Early Learning Footscray – Footscray

• Full Time Diploma or Cert III Educator – Toddlers Room (Permanent)
• Casual Diploma or Cert III Educator – Baby Room Specialist

📍 Sparkways Early Learning Showgrounds – Flemington

• Full Time Diploma or Cert III Educator – Fixed Term Maternity Leave Contract (31 August 2026 – 30 August 2027)

These are fantastic opportunities to join supportive, well-established teams that are passionate about providing high-quality education and care.

Rates of Pay

• Permanent positions: Up to $38.13 per hour (including retention loading)
• Casual positions: Up to $47.67 per hour

Sparkways Early Learning Footscray

Located within Billy Button Children's Centre, our well-established, community-focused service provides a warm and inclusive environment for children from six weeks to school age.

Sparkways Early Learning Showgrounds

Located in the historic Government Pavilion Building within Showgrounds Village Precinct, our modern centre offers beautiful indoor and outdoor learning spaces for children from six weeks to school age

What we're looking for

• Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Experience working in Early Childhood settings
• Baby Room experience highly regarded for the casual position at Footscray
• Sound understanding of the NQF, NQS and EYLF
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional and proactive approach
• Genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
