About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office at Monarto Safari Resort. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences at Monarto Safari Resort and Safari Lodge.

Reporting directly to the Director of Guest Experience, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office departments while leading and developing your team.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading daily Front Office operations and ensuring smooth guest arrivals and departuresDriving exceptional guest service and handling escalations professionallyManaging team performance, recruitment, training, and developmentRostering and payroll managementEnsuring compliance with hotel procedures and service standardsSupporting reservations and operational coordination across departmentsMaintaining strong communication with all operational departmentsWorking closely with senior leadership to achieve operational and financial goals

About You

You will possess a deep understanding of the hotel industry, with previous experience in a senior position, ideally within a similar establishment. Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) would be advantageous. You will have a collaborative working style, be highly organised, detail-oriented with excellent problem solving skills. A strong emphasis on continuous improvement is crucial to ensure the highest quality and distinctive service, fostering an engaged, skilled, and motivated team.
