Senior Project Manager - Data Protection
Fancy leading one of the most exciting data protection programmes on the market right now? A national postal and e-commerce enterprise is on the hunt for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile Data Protection programme, with real scale and impact behind it.
You'll be right at the centre of the action: enterprise-wide Data Rights Management (DRM), foundational Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and information classification and labelling standards, rolled out across a massive 10,000+ user environment. $1,000/day (inc. super) on offer for the right person.

What you'll be doing - Take the lead on end-to-end delivery of a multi-stream Data Classification & Protection programme, from design and build right through to enterprise-wide rollout.
- Roll out enterprise-wide DRM and foundational DLP, plus information classification and labelling standards, across the business.
- Bring together security, infrastructure and workplace technology teams, keeping delivery firmly aligned to cyber security and regulatory obligations.
- Partner with executive stakeholders and drive real enterprise adoption across SharePoint, Exchange Online and Microsoft 365.
- Own the programme's governance: schedules, milestones, risk and issue management, and a solid reporting rhythm.
- Take charge of financials and resourcing for a programme valued at $1M+.
- Lead and develop your project team, including Business Analysts and Project Analysts.
What you'll bring Must-have:
- 10+ years' project/programme management experience delivering complex enterprise initiatives.
- Proven delivery of cyber security, compliance, risk or information management programmes.
- Experience delivering Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives.
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives impacting large user populations.
- Strong financial management and governance experience for projects >$1M.
- Demonstrated success managing matrix delivery teams and multiple workstreams.
Desirable:
- Experience in enterprise environments with 10,000+ users.
- Prior experience in logistics, retail or critical infrastructure environments.
- Experience working within regulated cyber/security uplift programmes.
