The roles

Our Customer focused team at Terry White Store are seeking two friendly, motivated and highly organised individuals to join us.

Being part of our team means "versatility". Therefore the successful applicant would be responsible for ensuring superior customer service is delivered to our local community at all times.

This Role requires experience and depth of knowledge of the FRED OFFICE POS AND INVENTORY system. With the Dispensary role requiring Depth of knowledge in FRED DISPENSE

Your key responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, welcoming experience to every customer.

• Accurately take in customers prescriptions and provide advise on over the counter medicines.

• Actively drive sales through product recommendation.

• Assist with stock management, including unpacking, merchandising and shelf replenishment.

• Operate FRED POS , INVENTORY and/or FRED dispense system

• Maintain a clean, tidy and visually appealing store.

• Address customers concerns with professionalism and care.

What we are looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong listening skills and a willingness to learn.

• Ability to multi task.

• An honest and reliable person, with a dedicated work ethic.

• Experience in vitamins or skincare highly regarded, but not essential.
