About the role
Leading Lights Early Intervention is growing, and we are looking for passionate Speech Pathologists to join our unique multidisciplinary team.
As our Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with an experienced and diverse team, contributing your Speech Pathology expertise while also learning from professionals with knowledge extending well beyond your own discipline.
Why Leading Lights?
We want our clinicians focused on children, families, professional growth and meaningful outcomes — not chasing numbers.
That means:
What Makes This Role Different?
At Leading Lights, Speech Pathology doesn't happen in isolation.
Communication may be influenced by sensory processing, regulation, behaviour, cognition, executive functioning, anxiety, environment, relationships, nutrition, learning differences and a child's developmental experiences. Our model gives you the opportunity to explore these connections.
You may collaborate with other professionals around a child's goals, contribute to integrated intervention planning, support parents and educators, participate in case discussions, and develop strategies that can be carried consistently across home, school, community and therapy environments.
We are looking for a Speech Pathologist who:
Experienced Speech Pathologists are encouraged to apply, but we also welcome applications from early-career clinicians who want to develop within a highly collaborative environment.
Our team brings together expertise across health, education, therapy, child development and neuroscience-informed practice, creating an environment where professionals can continually learn from one another.
You won't simply be joining a clinic. You'll be joining a team that is continuing to develop an integrative model of paediatric early intervention designed around what children and families need. While we take our work seriously, we also believe that work should be somewhere you enjoy being. We invest in our people, celebrate our team, travel together, learn together and recognise that the professionals caring for children and families also need to be cared for themselves.
Come and see what paediatric early intervention can look like when professionals genuinely work together.
Pay: $90,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
