Client Concierge Team Lead

We’re looking for a Client Concierge Team Lead to guide our front-of-house team and oversee the day-to-day coordination of our workplace. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys supporting people, solving problems and ensuring the small details are considered.

YOUR ROLE

In this role you will lead the delivery of an exceptional front-of-house and workplace experience. Also:

• Be trusted to make day-to-day decisions, manage competing priorities and identify more effective and efficient ways of the team operating.

• Lead, coach and support the Client Concierge team, creating a culture of trust, accountability and collaboration.

• Deliver a warm, professional and consistent experience for every client, visitor and team member.

• Oversee reception, meeting spaces, workplace resources, facilities, vendors and day-to-day office logistics.

• Manage front-desk enquiries, communications and workflows, connecting people with the right support.

• Set team priorities, coordinate work allocation and ensure service standards and business objectives are achieved.

YOUR WINNING FORMULA

• At least three years’ experience in professional services within a client-facing, reception, office management or similar role

• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading a team

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams or an equivalent softphone system, including call-flow management, as well as Calendy or similar

• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with a calm and structured approach

• Clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams

• Confidence solving problems in real time and seeing issues through to resolution and a proactive approach
