The Role

The Group Finance & Admin Manager will lead financial performance, including billing, reporting, and analysis for BWH Hotels Australasia, and will partner closely with the executive team to support strategic decision-making. They will also lead the Administration function for BWH, including HR services. 

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

·         Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

·         Provide commercial analysis and insight to support business decisions

·         Manage and develop a small finance team

·         Ensure compliance with statutory reporting, tax, and audit requirements

·         Partner with hotel owners and regional stakeholders on financial billing.

·         Drive process improvements and financial systems optimisation

About You

·         CA/CPA qualified or equivalent. Applicants must have full Australian working rights

·         5 + years' finance experience, ideally in hospitality, franchising, or multi-site businesses

·         Strong technical accounting and financial modelling skills

·         Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience

·         Advanced Excel; experience with Sun System or NetSuite system.

·         Excellent communication skills, commercial acumen and contract management experience
