An exciting opportunity exists to join the friendly, fast‑paced team at Galleria Podiatry in Morley. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Medical Receptionist who thrives in a busy clinical environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role

This part‑time position (Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri) offers approximately 30 hours per week and begins immediately. You’ll be an integral part of our committed team, providing high‑quality reception and administrative support across our busy practice.

Your day will include:

• Welcoming patients and delivering outstanding front‑desk service

• Managing a high volume of calls with a friendly, professional manner

• Supporting our 8 Podiatrists and practice owners

• Coordinating appointments and patient flow

• Handling payments, accounts, and daily reconciliation

• Performing general administration duties including word processing, faxing, scanning, and email management

• Maintaining a clean, organised, efficient reception area

This is a demanding but rewarding role suited to someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, and keeping a clinic running smoothly.

About You

You are someone who brings energy, initiative, and genuine care to your work.

• Experienced medical receptionist — previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is essential

• Fast‑paced worker who thrives under pressure

• Shows initiative and is always looking for ways to help

• Strong computer skills and a fast learner

• Experience with practice management software (PracSuite preferred)

• Warm, confident communicator with an excellent phone manner

• Someone who smiles when they answer the phone and goes the extra mile for patients

• Honest, trustworthy, and able to work independently or within a team

• Exceptional time‑management and prioritisation skills

• High integrity and professionalism in all interactions
