Experienced Food & Beverage Attendant

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a casual role offering 25-30 hours a week

A menu inspired by modern Australian cuisine with a twist of traditional style cooking, paired with an extensive cocktail list to match, it’s one of the Gold Coast’s most favoured waterfront dining destinations.

We are seekingexperienced waiting on staff to join our team.  You will thrive on delivering excellent customer service and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience

Responsibilities of the role will include;

• Delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing detailed descriptions of menu items and specials
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and precise food delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with grace and professionalism
• Payment handling
• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end restaurants and fine dining
• Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• A team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanour
