This is a hands on partnering role for an experienced People & Culture professional who enjoys working closely with leaders, navigating complex workplace matters and supporting organisational change. You will provide practical employee and industrial relations advice, coach leaders through people matters and contribute to continuous improvement across the People & Culture function.

Appointments are subject to satisfactory completion of a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, a Working with Children Check and a Pre Employment Declaration Form, together with evidence of the right to work in Australia and any required vaccinations.
Successful applicants will be required to provide evidence of immunisation assessment including Influenza within 12 weeks of commencement. This is in accordance with the Victorian Minister of Health Mandatory Vaccination Orders and legislated requirement for influenza vaccination.
