About the RoleAs an Inside Sales Rep at United Rentals you will be a key customer contact at our branch located in Orange, with responsibility for quoting, selling and fulfilling orders for our Gen Rent equipment and services to meet customer needs.
What you'll do:Establish new hire and sales accounts by proactively responding to inbound customer calls and walk-insProcess rental quotes, reservations and contractsGenerate leads for new business and communicate leadsWarm call on lost and/or dormant accounts to retain business
Here’s what we are looking for:Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in retail sales and customer serviceExceptional relationship-building and customer service skillsExcellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skillsAttention to detail
