About the Role

We are seeking a caring and hands-on Employment Support Supervisor to support employees delivering Mobile cleaning (RVM) services across South-West Sydney.

This is a field-based role with most of your time spent travelling between sites and supporting employees. 

Your focus will be coaching, encouraging, and supporting employees with disability to complete their work safely, confidently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support employees across RVM cleaning sites
• Coach and encourage employees to build confidence and workplace skills
• Travel between sites and ensure cleaning tasks are completed safely and to standard
• Complete basic reporting, support notes, and incident documentation

About You

You are patient, reliable, and enjoy helping others succeed.

You will have:
• Experience supporting people with disability (preferred)
• A genuine interest in coaching and developing others
• Experience in cleaning, maintenance, or site-based work (desirable)
• Comfortable travelling across multiple sites 
• Strong communication skills
• Driver’s licence (required)
• First Aid certificate (required)
• Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential)
