Property Manager

Watt Realty is looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team.

In this role, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a residential rental portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors while delivering a high level of service.

We’re looking for someone who is confident, reliable and able to manage their workload efficiently while being a supportive member of our team.

• Manage a residential rental portfolio from start to finish

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up outstanding work

• Conduct routine inspections and complete condition reports

• Manage lease renewals, tenant sign-ups and general tenancy administration

• Monitor and action rent arrears

• Manage entry and exit processes

• Respond to landlord and tenant enquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Liaise with contractors and arrange maintenance works

• Maintain accurate records and ensure all administration is completed efficiently

• Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence

• Current driver's licence

• Previous property management experience

• Strong organisation and time management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• High attention to detail

• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently

• A proactive attitude and positive approach to working as part of a team

• Primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work required to assist with open homes
