HR Business Partner
Southbank, Melbourne
We're looking for a strategic HR Business Partner with a growth mindset to be a part of our Business Unit leadership team. Working closely with our leaders, managers and employees you'll lead and deploy organisational development, talent, capability and change management plans and deliver on the overall people strategy for the Business Unit and Function. This is a dynamic and exciting role for someone who can combine commercial acumen with HR advisory to solve people and business challenges.
We are seeking a high‑energy, agile and confident HR Business Partner who excels at building strong relationships, influencing leaders, and delivering both strategic and hands‑on people initiatives.
This role partners with business unit Technology Australia and New Zealand and our corporate Enabling Functions in Australia, working closely with the Business Unit and Functional leaders to deliver HR initiatives that lift performance, build capability, and strengthen engagement and culture. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and brings a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
