Synergie is currently seeking reliable, hardworking, and energetic Warehouse Packing Staff to support a high-volume e-commerce operations.

• Monday to Friday: $34.76 per hour
• Saturday: $41.41 per hour

About the Role

As a Warehouse Packing Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting order fulfilment operations during peak sales periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving picked stock from warehouse teams at designated packing bays.
• Packing products into dispatch satchels and bags.
• Applying shipping labels accurately.
• Sorting packed orders into dispatch sacks.
• Working collaboratively in a paired team environment.
• Following workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Standing for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Performing repetitive manual handling tasks.
• Lifting and moving dispatch sacks weighing up to 20kg when required.

Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Must be available for:

 Training: Thursday 6 August 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM or Monday 10 August 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Shifts:
  • Tue 11 Aug: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Wed 12 Aug: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thu 13 Aug: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Fri 14 Aug: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sat 15 Aug: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Mon 17 Aug: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Successful applicants must be available to attend one paid training session before the campaign commences.
