We're looking for a Customer Care Officer to join our Customer Care team and help deliver exceptional customer experiences across phone, email and live chat. You'll play an important role in supporting our customers, resolving enquiries, providing product guidance and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you'll confidently adapt between channels, manage multiple priorities and take ownership of enquiries from first contact through to resolution.

We have multiple opportunities available:

Role 1 - 34.5 hours

Role 2 - 25 hours

Role 3 - 33.5 hours

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, live chat and ticketing channels.
• Take ownership of customer enquiries and resolve issues accurately, efficiently and empathetically.
• Support customers with product, order, delivery and general service enquiries.
• Navigate multiple systems and tools to provide timely and accurate information.
• Maintain detailed customer records and notes within relevant systems.
• Work flexibly across communication channels based on customer demand.
• Collaborate with stores and internal teams to deliver seamless customer outcomes.
• Identify customer pain points and contribute ideas to improve processes and service delivery.
• Meet quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
• Embrace new technologies, automation and AI-enabled tools that improve the customer experience.

About You

• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, retail or sales environments.
• Experience supporting customers across multiple channels including phone, email and live chat.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Confident using multiple digital systems and learning new technology quickly.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for helping customers and creating positive experiences.
• Resilient, adaptable and able to remain calm under pressure.
