About the role
This is a 18-month full-time fixed term position with a salary of VPS 4.1 $100,894 - $114,476 per annum depending on experience plus 12% superannuation.
This is a fixed-term parental leave backfill opportunity available from August 2026 until February 2028 and sits within the People & Capability team in the Strategic Corporate Services Divsision.

As a Talent Advisor, you'll partner with hiring managers across Cenitex to deliver a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience. From advertising opportunities and coordinating interviews through to managing offers and supporting successful candidates, you'll play a key role in attracting exceptional talent to an organisation that enables technology services across the Victorian Government.
You'll join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team focused on delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience while continuously improving recruitment practices.
