About the role
As Community Engagement Lead, you'll support the delivery of community engagement initiatives that are respectful, thoughtful and outcomes-focused. Working alongside senior engagement practitioners, you'll help build and maintain trusted relationships with a wide range of communities, stakeholders and organisations.
You'll work closely with community leaders, service providers and advocacy organisations to coordinate engagement activities across a range of client projects. From consultations and focus groups through to case studies, workshops and community events, you'll help ensure community voices are represented authentically and respectfully.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives on organisation and coordination, and values building genuine, trust-based relationships. You'll be equally comfortable out in the community, coordinating logistics behind the scenes, or working alongside project teams to deliver high-quality engagement.

We’re looking for someone with the drive, curiosity and capability to grow into the role. You don’t need to have mastered everything already, but you’ll likely bring:
